Shipping policy

All orders are posted via Australia Post or Courier at a flat rate of $12.00 (exclusive of heavy goods). 

We know how eager you are to get your purchases and we will try our absolute hardest to get orders packed and shipped within 3 business days, however, sometimes in peak season this can vary. 

Please note that delivery times vary on your location, however please allow up to two weeks if your order is travelling via post to a regional area. 

As your order is out of our hands once it has been shipped we do not take any responsibility for delays in shipping times that stem from circumstances that are out of our control. 

We are not liable for any issues with your parcel once it has been shipped however if you are experiencing any problems with either Australia Post or the courier company please contact us straight away and we will help you work with the companies to resolve the problem. 

PLEASE NOTE: If an item is listed as PRE-ORDER it will not be shipped until after the specified arrival date. If you place additional NON PRE-ORDER items in the same order as your PRE-ORDER item, these will not be shipped until the PRE-ORDER item has arrived.
