Refund policy

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are sure that your purchase from Play with Elorias will bring lots of fun and laughter to your home, however, if for any reason it doesn't, please see below for our returns policy.

All unused products (excluding play dough and coloured rice) may be returned for a full refund or exchange providing ALL of the following conditions are met.

1. The returned product is received by Play with Elorias within 14 days from the initial date of shipment. Please note that Play with Elorias will not be responsible for the transit costs for returned items - these are at the customers expense unless the product is faulty. (We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered. 

2. Products have been unused, unwashed, and are returned in original packaging in their original condition. 

Once the goods have been received and they prove to be in original condition we will happily process the refund/exchange and will confirm this via email. 

NOTE: Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds on play dough and coloured rice.
